XERGIC is used to relieve the symptoms of hayfever (seasonal allergic rhinitis) such as sneezing, itchy, watery or red eyes, and itchy, blocked or runny nose.

The XERGIC 120 mg tablets are also used to relieve the symptoms of urticaria, otherwise known as hives or itchy rash.

Directions

Adults and children over 12 years: Take one tablet daily, as required.

Precautions: 

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use in children under 12 years of age. If you are taking other medications or have other medical conditions, consult your docotr or pharmacist before taking this product. People with kidney problems, and pregnant or breast-feeding women should seek medical advice before taking this medicine. Xergic® is a non-sedating antihistamine, however a few people may be affected and care should be taken if you are driving or operating machinery. Do not take Xergic if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients listed. Do NOT exceed the recommended dose. Always read the label and take as directed.
