Psyllium husk is also traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as a demulcent to soothe irritated mucous membranes of the gastrointestinal tract. This formula also contains Magnesium, which helps the body to metabolise carbohydrates and fats.

DOSAGE

Recommended Adult Only Dosage: 

Take 3 serves daily (1 serve to be taken after breakfast, 1 serve after lunch and 1 serve after dinner), or as directed by your healthcare professional. To make 1 serve, mix 1 level scoop (5g) with 150mL of water, stir immediately and consume.
