Lifemum Post Pregnancy Multi is a clinically formulated premium product containing 18 essential micronutrients for mum & baby.
Each daily dose contains 500mcg Folic Acid to support the baby’s neural tube development and 250mg Choline plus 270 mcg Iodine and 250mcg Lutein sourced from marigold, important support for brain and nervous system development and eye support. Choline can be hard to get through diet alone so Lifemum Post Pregnancy Multi can assist in the prevention of Choline deficiency. Post pregnancy Multi also contains 15mcg Vit D3 to support immunity and the nervous system.

Directions
Adults: Take 2 capsules daily with meals post pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
Precautions
