It is specially formulated to improve the digestion of lactose in dairy products, particularly for people who are lactose intolerant and experience problems digesting lactose.
Lactose intolerance is the decreased ability to digest lactose, a natural sugar found in milk and dairy products. Lactose intolerance is due to the lack of lactase (also known as Tilactase), an enzyme that helps digest lactose in the digestive system
When to use
Supplementing your diet with extra lactase enzymes will help you digest dairy. Lactase enzyme supplements such as Lacto-Free® make it possible to regulate the digestion of milk and dairy products in a natural way.

It is best to take Lacto-Free® just before consuming dairy, ideally 5 minutes beforehand.
Most people will require 2 tablets before consuming dairy. However, for people who are mildly lactose intolerant, 1 tablet should be sufficient. Everybody has a different level of lactose intolerance, so it is a matter of trial and error to find the right dose for you.
