Conceive & Pregnancy Multi contains 500mcg of Folic Acid to support the baby’s neural tube development and 250mg Choline and 220 mcg Iodine, important support for brain and nervous system development. Choline can be hard to get through diet alone so Conceive & Pregnancy Multi can assist in the prevention of Choline deficiency.
Conceive & Pregnancy Multi also contains Zinc 15mg to support ovulation and fertilisation, and Iron, and is suitable for vegetarian women.

Directions
Adults: Take 2 capsules daily with meals pre-conception and during pregnancy or as directed by your healthcare professional.
