Dosage

Adults and children over 12 years: 1-3 sprays in each nostril 3 times daily or as needed.

• Menthol

Directions

Before first use, pump the spray until a squirt of oil is seen.
Insert the tip of pump gently in nostrils and pump 1 to 3 times while inhaling.
Repeat in other nostrils.
Gentle pinch the nostrils together.
